Condo Documents are available upon written request and are provided within 10 days.  Rush service is available for an extra charge when documents are required within 72 hours.

Management Information Summary/ Disclosure Report - $100; Rush fees add $50

Estoppel - $200; Rush fees add $100

Any other information or document - .25 per page/ over 40 pages $10; Rush fees add $20

All fees are subject to GST, and comply with Section 20.53 of the Condominium Property Regulation 168/2000.
