Upcoming Activities - Site inspections and preventive maintenance activities ramp up for this first quarter of the new year, alongside annual testing. These may include rental inspections, parkade cleans, roof inspections, elevator, mechanical and fire safety systems testing.  

Capital projects and reserve planning is underway for the budget year.  Be sure to let us know if you have any warranty or deficient items that we can address for you.  Watch for your Board's notice on any further upcoming projects in your complex that will carry through the next quarter.

We support our clients' and vendors' choice on continuing safety protocol they choose to use for the flu season.  Pendium Property Group will continue to remain cautious and offer our meetings and AGMs as open forums or via video conferencing, or both.
